Ruzafa Fashion Week Is Back Again

Ruzafa Fashion Week

Hot on the heels of a great event involving the Barcelona brand Munchen – super-trendy footwear specialists – Ruzafa Fashion Week is back with a superb offer with iconic designer Sita Murt, specialising in fashion for women. Eugene Costello reports…

Ruzafa Fashion Week, as regular readers of this website will know, brings top brands to Valencia with incredible discounts.

Recently, we profiled organiser Vicente Llorca who, along with wife Cristina, runs Ruzafa Fashion Week on the occasion of a heavily discounted sale of the full range of footwear from super-trendy Barcelona brand, Munich.

Just a few weeks later, the couple are back with their latest heavily discounted sale at the beautiful space they use in Cánovas, on Calle Burriana 30. This time they are showcasing the work of brands such as SKFK, Thinking Muu, Duuo Shoes, Sita Murt, and more.

Ruzafa Fashion Week – A vision for a sustainable fashion

Mikel Feijoo, CEO and founder of Basque fashion label SKFK (formerly Skunkfunk), will give a talk via live stream on Friday, 4 June at 19.00. Feijoo will focus on the issue of sustainable fashion on the eve of the United Nations’ World Environment Day. Then he will answer questions from journalists, bloggers, and the general public. All about his vision for sustainable fashion and his two decades of experience in the field.

Following Feijoo, two other sustainable fashion supporters will speak. Asun Oliver, an optometrist working on recycling and recycled glasses, and Cristina Ordozgoiti, co-founder of Ruzafa Fashion Week.

The event will run from 3 to 12 June from 10.00 to 21.00, and it’s wise to make an appointment.

  1. Does anyone know what happened to Dime Piece LA celebrity streetwear brand? I seem to be unable to check out on Dimepiecela site. I have read in Marie Claire that the brand was acquired by a UK hedge fund in excess of $50m. I have just bought the Dimepiece Tribe Utility Duffle from Amazon and absolutely love it xox
